Seminarium "Region to region" w Budapeszcie - CMD poszukuje chętnych osób

The purpose of this project financed by the International Visegrad Fund and Human Rights Initiative at Central European University is to increase the capacity of and strengthen the cooperation between NGO workers involved in youth work from South East Europe (SEE) and Visegrad countries. The project seeks to achieve this aim by bringing together participants from these two regions under the auspices of a weekend-long training course, which will not only provide them with new and improve their existing NGO management skills, but will also connect them with other youth NGOs in the region and potentially result in future international joint projects.

To increase the capacity of and strengthen the cooperation between young NGO workers from SEE and Visegrad countries. OBJECTIVES - Build capacity of young individuals from the two regions in youth work through workshops and trainings by professionals and experts from both regions; - Cover specific issues such as: society and active citizenship, project development, project analysis and other project skills - Provide an opportunity for intercultural experience and learning; - Foster and deepen the cooperation between the Visegrad countries and the SEE region by providing an arena for experience and technique sharing, networking, and transnational project development; - Familiarize participants’ knowledge of opportunities with Youth in Action and the International Visegrad Fund (pending co-funding from these two donors); - Maximize the multiplicative effect of the project by creating materials (participants and trainers together) to be used and distributed by participants among their networks.

PARTICIPANTS 2-4 individuals from each of the following countries (of our partner organizations) involved in or aspiring to become involved in NGO, especially youth, work: - Albania - Serbia - Macedonia - Hungary - Poland - Czech Republic
